How to amend your membership details

To amend your details or cancel your membership of the network, please download the contact form and select the “Amending details” or “Request removal” options. If amending please complete the Forename, Surname, and email address sections, plus the section(s) requiring amendment. If cancelling please complete the Forename, Surname, and email address sections only.
In both cases please return the completed form, by email, to ContactRuralregeneration@kent.gov.uk
